About us

Pepper’s Freight Solutions (PFS), LLC was founded by Charles and Stephanie Pepper, in Marietta, Georgia, just outside of Atlanta. Charles brings to the trucking industry over 12 years of manufacturing, process engineering, and supply-chain experience in the automotive, aerospace, biotech & consumable products sectors; specializing in lean six-sigma, process improvement, project management and quality assurance. An expert in operations management, Stephanie contributes her skillsets in government contracting, real-estate, consulting, and grants management. Together, they oversee the operations of PFS in providing world-class freight dispatching services to assist fleet owners and owner operators in saving valuable time, maximizing gross profits, and securing consistent & dedicated lanes.
